To train your reaction speed, put 4 color objects in the floor. Red, Green, Blue and Yellow, Front, Back, Left and Right, than choose the number of repetitions and speed you want the colors to appear in the screen.

Than you can go and touch the color with your foot, your hand, the limit it´s your imagination.

For Judo you can choose 4 technics and go to the color and do the technic that appears in the screen.

For badmington you can go with the raquet to the colour.
